How do I choose the right glove size?
Measure around the widest part of your hand (excluding the thumb) in centimetres. That number is your glove size — e.g. 20 cm = size 8. When between sizes, go up. Junior sizes run from 3–6, senior from 7–11.
How long does delivery take?
We ship nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Can I exchange or return my gloves?
Yes — unused gloves in original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll sort it out.
How do I take care of my gloves?
Hand wash with lukewarm water after every use. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying. Store flat or hang to dry out of direct sunlight. Pre-wet the latex before use for best grip.
Can I get custom printing on my gloves?
We offer custom name/number printing on selected models. Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number and we'll confirm what's available.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Check your tracking link first. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, or if there's been no movement for 5+ days, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
